Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV also equipped with cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA.
