Reminiscent of a lively tropical village, this sprawling oceanfront villa – featured in Amazon Prime’s Epic Villa series – was designed for basking in the lush scenery and relishing one of the best beaches in sophisticated Punta Mita. Villa Palmasola combines cozy private pockets with expansive common spaces where travelers can gather in the coastal ambiance. It has three separate buildings – the master residence, the guest residence, and the garden suites. Together they have nine elegant bedrooms that sleep up to 22 guests, all impeccably furnished for rest and comfort. Water is one of the residence’s main features. The 200-foot-long pool undulates along the front of the villa, while the swimmable stretch of ocean that extends before the property offers magnificent sunsets and a spectacular venue to watch migrating whales. The other stellar attraction at Palmasola is food. The property has 15 dining venues and an executive chef specializing in Mexican and French cuisine, making the villa ideal for a gastronomic retreat. With a team of 17 staff members, including a general manager, waiters, and kitchen staff, Villa Palmasola guarantees top-notch service. Meals include breakfast served from a small menu, a three-course lunch, midday snacks, and a four-course dinner. This plan is not optional and has a 6-person minimum. Final guest count confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival. Pricing: Adults (18+) $265 per person per night + taxes, Young Adults (12–17) $165 per person per night + taxes, Children (3–11) $100 per child per night + taxes (*2 and under free of charge). • $250 USD + taxes per hour is applicable for kitchen and waiter service after 11pm • Maximum guests: 22 (18 adults + 4 children) • Day passes for up to 8 guests: $300 USD + taxes per person, per day (includes full meal plan) • Small events accepted (maximum 30 guests), please enquire directly for a quote • Check-in: 4pm – Check-out: 12pm Holiday Rates • Christmas and New Year’s (Dec 20th, 2026 – Jan 5th, 2027) – please inquire for rates.
