Coco's Cozy Cabana is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house. SECURITY CAMERA: Security camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway and property entrance only.. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
