Sunshine on Searay at the Beach is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Duplex with a private back yard and above ground pool oasis. This property is an easy walk to the beach and Tiki bar. Enjoy the privacy of your own vacation home with plenty of room for a family and set back a little further from the crazy crowd but still close to everything. -Just minuets from the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping and just a 1 min walk to the Island Greenway bike and walking path. We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
