Surfside Towers #205 is a beautiful three-bedroom condo within five minutes of the beach in Surfside, a laid-back beach community in the town of Potrero. This condo can comfortably sleep six guests and comes with a sparkling community swimming pool and shaded barbecue area, surrounded by lush trees and tropical greenery. The 1,137-square-foot (106 γ‘) unit features a spacious open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. It also has a covered balcony furnished with an outdoor dining set accessible through sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. This unit is located on the buildingβs second floor and can be accessed via a staircase or an elevator. The living room is beautifully decorated in neutral tones, creating a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. The inviting space features a plush suede sectional, a wooden coffee table, an entertainment center, and a flat-screen TV. A wooden dining table with six seats, situated beneath a stylish chandelier, sits between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen features beautiful wood cabinets, high-end quartz countertops, a wraparound breakfast bar, a double basin sink, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and freezer. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and quartz countertops. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a large closet, and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and quartz countertops. Surfside Towers #205 has air conditioning, internet, and a washer and dryer. This condo comes with private covered parking, and the gated community offers 24/7 security. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Surfside Surfside is a charming community on Playa Potrero where many expats live permanently (in particular Canadians and Italians), and where visitors can choose from a wide range of elegant vacation rentals, appetizing restaurants and lively bars. Located between the towns of Potrero and Flamingo, Surfside is an eminently walkable village where the beach is never more than a few blocks away. Several tour offices offer a variety of adventures by land and sea, and real estate offices will be happy to show you your next home in paradise. Attractions you wonβt want to miss include the beachfront Sailing Center (restaurant, bar, pool and sailing packages); the popular Perlas restaurant (a high-end roadhouse/sports bar with big-screen TVs, live music, and great wings, burgers and pizzas); the CervecerΓa Independiente craft brewery between the two; and other local eateries including the Shack and the Beach House. The lines are somewhat blurred between Potrero and Surfside β Potrero (βpastureβ) was the original Costa Rican name of both, but Surfside became the popular name when a lot of foreigners began developing its southern outskirts. Most people would probably say that Potrero starts somewhere north of Perlas, and itβs Surfside to the south. In either place, you canβt go wrong. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
