Le Beluga is a beautiful chalet located by Lake Lili in Chertsey. Whether with family or friends, the chalet will charm you. The wooded lot, Lake Lili, and abundant windows making the common areas very bright, make Le Beluga a favorite spot for a chalet stay. The restriction on motorized boats on Lake Lili ensures a very peaceful atmosphere. Unlimited internet allows for a work-from-home stay. CITQ: 298971 Le Beluga is located 1 hour from Montreal, 5 minutes from the village of Chertsey, and 5 minutes from the wonderful Atlantides resort. At the chalet, you will have: 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combo 1 beautiful living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed 1 veranda with an outdoor couch and a propane BBQ 1 central kitchen equipped with essential kitchenware 1 outdoor fireplace 1 private spa Access to the lake (kayaks and pedal boat) The Domaine du Lac Lili is a property with several chalets along the lake. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. The domain promotes peace and relaxation. It is not a place for parties. The chalet is located 5 minutes by car from the village of Chertsey. There, you will find, among other things, a grocery store, a gas station, and a snack bar. Please note that: - All-terrain vehicles/ATVs/4-wheelers are prohibited around Lake Lili. - An electric car charging station is available for your use. - The water is potable. It may sometimes have a slight sulfur odor and be iron-rich, but it passes the required consumption tests. You can bring your own water if you are not comfortable drinking it. - The slope leading to the chalet (public road) is steep, which could be an issue for small vehicles. - Your stay includes: A full bathroom, washer and dryer, bedding, kitchen linens, and towels. Fondue and raclette dishes, bedding, bath towels, washcloths, toilet paper, coffee maker, coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher, cookware, garbage bags, toaster, tables with 8 chairs, DVD player, board games, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat, and 6 life jackets (4 for adults, 2 for children). - Outdoor fireplace might not be available in winter
