Enjoy your stay close to downtown Fargo. Two twin beds, an updated bathroom with walk-in shower and heated floors, and fast WiFi. You'll have a private room with two twin beds in it. It is a small room not much room for anything besides the beds. The bedroom is on the second floor of my house so you'll have to climb stairs to get there. There is another bedroom on this floor that doesn't share a wall with this bedroom but does share a bathroom. My house is located 2 blocks from Sanford in downtown Fargo. Broadway (the main street in downtown Fargo, with many bars, restaurants, and shops) is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute Lyft ride away. You have to climb stairs to access this room. It's an old house so the stairs are fairly steep. I would not recommend for guests with mobility issues.
