Much of the economy in the city is driven by the Portsmouth naval Hospital and the Naval shipyard, located within short travel distance to the property. This is a upstairs unit of a duplex, the entrance is on the at the front of the building. We do not host events and we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable volume, We have parking for one vehicle in the rear of the unit. Your parking area is on the left. Smoking Policy: You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.
