Inside, three distinct sleeping spaces and three bathrooms provide comfort for small groups or families. The main living area features a sectional sofa, dining table, and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with essentials like a stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. A second lounge opens to the rooftop, offering a second TV and two sofa beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The master includes a king bed and smart TV. Another bedroom offers two twin beds, while the rooftop studio has direct pool access and flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests have access to shared building amenities including a rooftop pool, sundeck, and gym. Reliable WiFi is available with a backup connection. Fresh towels, linens and toiletries are provided. Cleaning service is available upon request. Bed configuration: - Master bedroom: 1 king bed - Guest bedroom: 2 twin beds - Rooftop studio: 2 sofa beds Located just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and 5 blocks from the beach, the condo sits in a walkable, central area. Cafés, shops, restaurants, and beach clubs like Mamitas and Coralina are nearby. Grocery stores and malls are all within a few minutes' walk. Electricity is included for short-term stays (2–27 nights). For long-term stays (28+ nights), electricity is charged at $6 MXN per kilowatt used. To help conserve energy, please use the air conditioning responsibly and keep the temperature set to 25°C. A refundable security deposit may be requested before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform. This will be processed via credit card and returned after checkout if all terms are met. Only registered guests wearing the provided bracelet may access the property. No visitors are allowed after 10 pm. Bracelets are issued based on the property’s maximum occupancy. Housekeeping is not included daily, but cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. To schedule a service, please message us by 5 pm at least 24 hours in advance. Please note, security cameras are installed in outdoor and common areas for safety. These face only public spaces and are not located inside the unit. A signed Rental Agreement is required after booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. - Please avoid moving furniture - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
