Located amidst Punta Mita’s exclusive residential community, Casa Koko is a private oceanfront villa that sleeps 22 guests. The views from the infinity pool and jacuzzi are equally stunning. The villa has two oceanfront master bedrooms, two ocean-view guest bedrooms, and five garden bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Moreover, the home has a range of signature features, including a private spa, a beachside fire pit, and a fully equipped gym with a space ideal for outdoor yoga practice. Guests also have access to Punta Mita’s top amenities, including beach clubs, golf courses, and tennis centers. Penalties for noncompliance may apply. The Spa can be transformed into Bedroom #10, increasing the villa capacity. The cost of that bedroom during Low Season is $980 USD + taxes, and during High Season is $1,050 USD + taxes.
