You’ll enjoy a true “private beach” feel with no high-rises or public beach access nearby. Just a short drive brings you to historic downtown St. Augustine, local shops, great restaurants, and parks. It’s the perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and easy access to all the area’s attractions. 💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation. 🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required. 🚘 While four-wheel-drive isn’t required, it’s highly recommended due to the road conditions. Please note that any towing or related expenses would be the guest’s responsibility. 🚫 No parties, no pets, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
