Important Things to Note • Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway is steep and gravel, and it’s subject to periodic washout. Some vehicles may find access difficult, especially in certain conditions. During winter months, an AWD or 4x4 vehicle may be necessary. • Stairs: The home has stairs. • Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home. • Wi-Fi and cell service: Due to the remote mountain location, speeds and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Security camera: One exterior camera is located at the driveway/entryway and monitors the exterior only. • Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
