Perfect for groups & families seeking a memorable escape. Ample private parking. Indulge in a luxurious glamping experience at these three uniquely appointed shepherd's huts. Set in a secluded valley with distant sea views and surrounded by woodland, it's a truly peaceful location. The huts are also located on a decent-sized private plot - perfect for letting the kids run wild! The first hut has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower and an outside bath are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the stunning Devon coast. The second hut features a double bedroom with a single on top, sleeping three and ideal for families or groups of friends. A full bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor bath ensures ample space for getting ready, plus tranquil relaxation with distant sea views from the bath! Finally, the third hut offers a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor shower. Each hut is complete with its own fully equipped private kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them either inside by the cosy wood-burning stove or outside next to the fire pit. You'll also find outside seating for dining al fresco and star gazing. Despite its isolated rural position, the huts are remarkably well connected and are in a great position from which to explore some of Devon's beautiful beaches and attractions. Head to Sidmouth (10 mins), Branscombe, Beer (15 mins) or Lyme Regis, Exmouth, Topsham and the medieval city of Exeter (within 25 mins). Closer to the huts, there is a renowned family pub which serves great food which borders the farm and is a short walk directly from the huts. Or enjoy a drink and dine at the Pig at Combe Hotel, which is 5 mins by car. Please note: The track from the road down to the huts is quite bumpy, mainly due to wear from winter weather. Please take care when driving down. If you haven't done so already, please notify us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing your dog. We charge an additional fee of £20 per dog (maximum 4). For longer stays we may ask for an additional pet deposit to be paid. However, you will be notified of this at the time of booking should this be applicable. Please observe the following pet rules: - Never leave your dog unattended at the property. From experience, this has been when most accidental damages have occurred. - We kindly ask that they be kept off the furniture, particularly soft furnishings such as beds and sofas. - Please be respectful of the area and clean up your dog's mess.
