This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath home is designed for relaxed time together, with large windows that bring in natural light and glimpses of the serene surroundings. Stay connected with Wi-Fi that’s suitable for remote work, and enjoy simple arrival with self check-in. Head outside to the garden/backyard for fresh air and conversation on the outdoor seating. Practical perks include a washer and dryer, dedicated parking for 2 vehicles, and a Tesla Universal EV charger in the garage. The home is powered by solar with battery backup for added peace of mind. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight parking on the street. No additional parking beyond what’s described. • Community Amenities: Access to Sea Ranch communal swimming pools and tennis is included via a guest pass. A pass is required; locations, hours, and availability may vary. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
