There are no cameras inside of the property. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house, however you can smoke outside. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fee of $1,000. Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $500 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
