This camera is outdoor-only and do not record any interior spaces. Your privacy is fully respected inside the home. 📌The house is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector for your safety. 📌For any assistance or questions during your stay, please use the Airbnb messaging system. 📌This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels. You will be required to review our house rules & policies and sign a short separate agreement electronically. Before approving your booking request, we will send you the full terms in a message. The building is updating common areas (paint, new carpet, lighting, etc.), which may result in workers being present and additional noise during business hours. As the property is centrally located in the heart of Little Italy 🇮🇹, one of the most popular, bustling, and lively neighborhoods in downtown San Diego, some city street noise (vehicles, construction, pedestrians, etc.) is unavoidable, especially on the weekends. There are also many amazing restaurants and bars close by. The windows and walls have great insulation, which cuts out a lot of the noise. If Guests are light sleepers, we recommend the use of earplugs 🎧, which can block out this noise. There are remote-controlled electric shades that cover the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. The large windows face the sunrise 🌅 in the morning, so there is great natural light in the loft, especially in the morning. Two wooden foldable pull-out screens are provided for extra privacy and blocking out the morning natural light. We recommend wearing a sleeping mask if light wakes you up. We provide starter supplies for Guests (see "What this place offers" for list of Amenities; toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.). Due to the property being a long term rental and requiring a 31-night minimum stay, once the starter supplies run out, we will not keep restocking supplies 🛒 and Guest is responsible for purchasing supplies on their own for the remainder of their stay. ‼️ Amenity Availability ‼️ We strive to keep all amenities in perfect working condition.
