This luxurious and spacious 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom vacation home offers the perfect retreat to gather with family and friends. Featuring colorful and modern themed rooms including Princess, Star Wars and Cars, your kids will love the iconic characters. Sleeping up to 13 guests, the home also has a private pool/spa, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The Windsor at Westside clubhouse is an easy walk away from the home, making it perfect for families with small children. At the clubhouse, you'll find a heated pool, lazy river, arcade, sports court, playground and more! For those traveling with babies or young children, pack and play is provided. You will need your confirmation to be given access inside the community. Each home will be assigned a maximum vehicle limit, based on the number of bedrooms: 4–5 bedroom homes – Maximum of 3 vehicles 6–7 bedroom homes – Maximum of 4 vehicles 8–9 bedroom homes – Maximum of 5 vehicles Once the limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed entry and must be parked off-site. 1. Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance. 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that. 8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know. 9.This will be a self-catering house. 10. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
