We are excited to host you in this unit at the Landmark Resort. . There is also an indoor pool, lazy river, and multiple hot tubs. This unit is owned and managed by a separate company than the front desk at the resort. Please note: you will not have access to the following food and beverage outlets: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar and Restaurant, Tipsy Turtle Pool Bar, Shark Bites Grill, Havana Coffee Bar, Sugar Shak, H2O Water Park, and all Banquet Meeting Facilities. This unit has 2 queen beds and a murphy bed that pulls down from the wall. You must be 21 years of age to rent our properties. This unit is beautifully decorated and gives off a beachy feel so you will never want to leave your room! Equipped with a full kitchen, you can cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever you please. The space does have wear and tear due to being rented through out the year Many restaurants and activities within walking distance! Just about 10 or so blocks from the boardwalk. RENTERS MUST BE 21 years of age to book our properties. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
