Elokut is a collection of thoughtfully designed short-term rental apartments located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Puerta de Tierra, perfectly positioned just minutes from Old San Juan, Condado, and Distrito T-Mobile. Whether you’re here to explore historic streets, enjoy the beach, or experience San Juan’s nightlife and dining scene, Elokut places you right in the center of it all. Each apartment is located on the second floor (stairs only, no elevator) and offers a comfortable, open layout ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Every unit features a cozy seating area, a convenient kitchenette, and a sofa bed for additional guests. The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the loft space provides a second queen-size bed, making the apartment both spacious and functional. Each unit also includes one full bathroom. Puerta de Tierra is a vibrant, evolving neighborhood that bridges Old San Juan and Condado, offering a more local, authentic side of the city while keeping you close to the main attractions. Known for its historic roots, coastal breezes, and walkable streets, the area blends residential charm with easy access to culture, beaches, and entertainment. Calle San Agustín is a quiet, residential street that reflects the neighborhood’s character—local life, historic architecture, and a laid-back pace. From here, you’re just minutes from the Old San Juan gates, nearby beaches, Luis Muñoz Rivera Park, and Distrito T-Mobile, making it an ideal base for exploring San Juan while enjoying a calmer place to return to at the end of the day.
