No parties or events are allowed on property, max occupancy at all times is 17, no parking on empty lot. Only 9 miles from the ferry, in a quiet area of the Crenshaw Beach Subdivision, with easy access to the beach, near barrel 36. This beautiful home features a full sized in-ground swimming pool (not heated) with “chill” function for the hot Southeast Texas summer months. With 2700 sq. ft. of living space, there is plenty room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay at the beach. The mezzanine deck has a full outdoor kitchen, including a hibachi grill, ice maker and bar, to enjoy the amazing views of the beach as well as the pool area. The two bedrooms downstairs on mezzanine level have exterior doors for direct access to rooms after long day at the beach or returning from the spa. On the main floor there is a large living room with an open concept kitchen, including a wine bar, ice maker, full sized laundry, and dining table with seating for 12. The large master suite is also on this floor, and features king sized bed, 65" television, and large shower/tub combo with whirlpool bath. Bunkroom and full bath are located on the main floor. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will find a large TV in every room.
