From the moment you walk in, you'll feel at ease in the inviting living room, perfectly styled with plush seating and tasteful decor. The open concept flows effortlessly into the dining area and the completely updated kitchen, fully equipped with brand-new appliances, cookware, and utensils to make meal preparation a breeze. To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious and serene bedroom, ideal for restful nights or a quiet retreat during the day. On the left side of the dining area, two additional bedrooms await, each thoughtfully designed with premium bedding, ample storage, and cozy decor to ensure a comfortable stay. The remodeled bathroom is conveniently located and features modern fixtures and a fresh, clean design, making it a pleasure to use. This home offers a harmonious blend of functionality and comfort, with every detail carefully curated to exceed your expectations. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening with loved ones or exploring the vibrant Corpus Christi area, this property provides the perfect home base for your trip. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. 4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home. 5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs. 8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process. 9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay. 10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
