Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting. The method of payment available is via wire transfer and one-night reimbursable security deposit required. Cancellation policy: The client may cancel their reservation at any time, up to a notice period of 60 days prior to the arrival date, if the notice is sent in writing. This will lead to a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the stay. If, on the contrary, the notice of cancellation is made within 60 days prior to the client’s arrival, there will be no refund, except for the following exceptions: a) If, for any reason, the client's life is in imminent danger due to violent disturbances in the area, this will give the client the right to cancel or reschedule their stay for future use within a period not exceeding twelve (12) months, considering the same paid season. b) If the client is able to transfer and/or rent the contracted dates to a third party, and this has been previously approved by the intermediary. The Agency will transfer the amounts previously paid to the account of this third party, while the client will be responsible for recovering said amounts from the person who made the reservation in their place. c) The client will receive a refund of the total amount paid if the property is totally or partially uninhabitable for the reserved dates due to force majeure, natural disasters, or other reasons. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Notify immediately of any damage or incident at the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. It is not allowed to climb onto the armchairs with shoes.
