One parking pass is included in this gated community. An ideal home base for beach lovers. Primary Suite: Retreat to a serene bedroom featuring a plush Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Living Area: The bright, open-concept living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests and direct access to your private outdoor space. The View: Start your mornings on the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for watching the sunrise with a fresh brew. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen features standard appliances and essential cookware, including a toaster and blender. While we provide the hardware, please bring your preferred spices, oils, and seasonings to customize your meals. Parking: One (1) complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes can be purchased for $35 each. E-Bike Policy: E-bikes, motorcycles, and mopeds are strictly prohibited within the gated community for security reasons.
