You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🔒 Security: The neighborhood is generally considered very safe, but we do have exterior security cameras on Peak View to protect the premises. Exterior camera face the front entrance . They’re used for guest safety, property protection, and to ensure compliance with our no-party and no-unauthorized-gathering policy. No indoor spaces are recorded. 🛀 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our shared hot tub to ensure it's clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. 📜 Converted Space: PeakView Lil Lux was once a garage, but you’d never know it!
