Simply sensational riverfront position located along Goolwa’s premiere holiday esplanade taking in the panoramic river vista from the barrage to Hindmarsh Island. From day to night this home has some of the most picturesque views from watching the boats coast along the river to star gazing at night. All of Goolwa’s fantastic dining options are nearby too, with Bombora on the River just a short walk away where you can relax by the river for coffee or lunch. The Nature Playscape, an amazing wooden playground, is just across the road and there is also plenty of room to kick a ball or to have a picnic. Perfect for golfers too as South Lakes Golf Course is just behind you along with the fabulous Birdie Bistro. Enjoy days on the river by launching your boat, kayak or jet-ski at the public boat ramp nearby, or take leisurely bike rides along the bike path opposite. With the beach and main street not far away, you’ll be able to easily enjoy all that beautiful Goolwa has to offer. Upstairs offers a spacious open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area with a fabulous glass-front balcony for uninterrupted river views; great for entertaining. Enjoy lazy morning coffees, afternoon ‘happy hours’ or bbq’s with family and friends. The Master bedroom is also upstairs and has a queen bed and en-suite. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms, a wind down room / 2nd lounge area for the kids plus a second bathroom with a separate toilet.
