In the living area, we find a lounge with an extendable dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa, and a living area with a 55" Smart TV, but also a fantastic PlayStation 4 video game console for our younger guests!
 Everything is air-conditioned by a split unit dedicated to the living area. Adjacent to the living area, we have a cozy kitchen, equipped with a traditional gas cooktop, modern appliances and accessories, as well as a breakfast area with an espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven. In the sleeping area, we have a spacious double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a service room with a laundry area, and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower!  Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready to let you enjoy a stay dedicated to rest and tranquility! Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a very comfortable double bed with a mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed. To offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a large 6-door wardrobe with central drawers. You will also find a luggage rack and bedside tables. A central designer chandelier with an integrated fan, remotely controlled, allows you to create a truly unique atmosphere. A 40” Smart TV for viewing from the bed, and very convenient electrical outlets with USB ports near the bedside tables to charge your devices are everything you need to enjoy your stay at The Red House - Verona Holiday & Business. The double bedroom is air-conditioned by a dedicated split unit. It also provides triple-glazed windows with mosquito nets and a blackout and sound-absorbing curtain to minimise noises coming from outside. Double bedroom amenities:

The small bedroom, although compact in size, offers a French double bed (140x190) with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. The headboard includes shelves with LED lights and integrated USB ports where you can place and charge your devices. Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it is equipped with a fantastic 32" Smart TV. 
A large window with a mosquito net brightens the room and overlooks the quiet courtyard behind the building. A central designer chandelier with integrated fan, remotely controlled, allows you to create a pleasant atmosphere and to cool the room, also in combination with the air-conditioning splits in the living room and the main double bedroom. Please note that the apartment does not have terraces or balconies. - LIVING ROOM:
 The spaces of the living area are characterised by furnishings and colours in a modern style that give the room elegance and modernity with a touch of retro recall. A comfortable sofa is positioned in front of a 55” smart TV equipped with Internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
 For our younger guests, there is also a fantastic Playstation 4 video game console! The entire living area is air-conditioned by a dedicated split unit. Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner. Living room amenities:

The bathroom has a window and features a very modern walk-in shower with a glass wall and a large modern shower head. Completing the bathroom is a WC with a convenient separate handheld shower, a bidet, and an elegant cabinet with wall units, sink, drawers, and an LED illuminated mirror. We also provide a powerful hair dryer and a first aid kit. The second room is used as a laundry area, fitted out with an all-in-one washer and dryer, as well as a useful sink. You will also find a drying rack, an ironing board complete with an iron, and, in addition, a vacuum cleaner and various accessories for cleaning and maintaining the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a fantastic Smart system that will allow you to open the pedestrian gate and the KeyBox of the entrance door directly from your smartphone. High-speed fibre optic Internet is guaranteed by a modern Fritz Box router! Winter heating is controlled remotely through a latest-generation Wi-Fi thermostat, while cooling is guaranteed by two powerful air conditioners, also remotely controlled! We also have a modern and convenient video intercom.
 In addition, the entrance door area is under video surveillance for security reasons. - PARKING:
 The apartment provides parking directly in front of the apartment.
 You will be able to park your car in one of the available spaces within the reserved parking area. IMPORTANT:
 It is strictly forbidden to park cars in front of the two automatic vehicle gates. The Red House - Verona Holiday is located in Verona in the Santa Lucia quarter, a quiet and well-connected residential district, only 10 minutes away by car from the old town of Verona and 5 minutes from the fair complex. This area, originally a hamlet dating back to the 16th century, has kept its historical charm even as it has developed over time. The quarter is well-served by public transport, with several bus lines which link Santa Lucia to the city center and to other areas of Verona. Besides, the district provides a wide range of services too, among which are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and sport complex, making it perfect for short or long-term stays. Santa Lucia is also famous for its vivid cultural and community life. The presence of street art pieces along the Santa Lucia avenue gives an artistic and modern touch to the quarter. A stay in the avenue “Stradone Santa Lucia Avenue n°30” means immersing yourself in an authentic and welcoming ambience, where tradition and modernity meet each other, offering an incredible and comfortable experience of Verona. Santa Lucia offers an excellent quality of life, with wide green spaces, cycling paths, and a big park with a surface of 63,000 sqm close to the district “Quadrante Europa”. Please be aware that the apartment does not have terraces or balconies. 
Any smokers must go outside the apartment. The area between the entrance door and the pedestrian gate is a shared area with the other residents of the building. We also remind you that it is absolutely FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighborhood with loud music or other types of noise. 
Should this rule not be respected, we feel free to cancel the reservation at any time, as well as claim damages through Airbnb. We also remind you that it is mandatory to complete the online check-in before your arrival by entering your details and documents through the Vikey service. During the online check-in, you will also be required to pay the tourist tax equal to €3.50 per day per guest for a maximum of 4 days and for all guests older than 14 years.
