The hot tub and pool cant be heated (Heat Pump Out of Service).The home features a split floor plan with a large private master suite on one side and the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the home. The back of the home faces West providing brilliant sunlight throughout the day and beautiful sunsets every evenings! Mature vegetation provides perfect privacy. The living is large with 10 feet ceilings. There is no carpet - only tiled floors throughout the entire home. The laundry is located inside the garage with a full size washer and dryer. Outdoor enjoyment is a breeze with a large screened in patio featuring a dining table for 6 and a conversational seating space looking out over the massive fully fenced private yard and pool area. A grill is available for an additional fee. The home also features a high top kitchen nook seating 4, a large dining area with seating for 6, a 65 inch TV and sliding glass doors with access to the screened patio from the living room, and master bedroom .
