The layout is smart and practical, featuring a separate sleeping nook with two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The decor evokes a seaside atmosphere, with calming tones and natural textures that invite relaxation after a beach day or a day at work. The dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning provide all the comforts of home for a stay at your own pace. Highlight: the balcony — furnished and facing the tropical-style pool area — is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Neighborhood & surroundings: The studio is located in Cannes La Bocca, a laid-back beachfront district known for its sandy beaches, local markets, and easygoing vibe. Within walking distance, you’ll find bakeries, grocery stores, beachside restaurants, and the daily local market. Cannes city center (Palais des Festivals, Croisette, train station) is just a short bus, train, or car ride away. The apartment is located in Cannes La Bocca, a vibrant coastal neighborhood just west of central Cannes. You'll be a short walk from sandy beaches, supermarkets, bakeries, local restaurants, and the daily open-air market. The famous Croisette, Palais des Festivals, and city center can be easily reached by public transport or car. A great base to explore the French Riviera while staying in a more relaxed and authentic setting. Please note: The residence is currently undergoing partial renovations; certain common areas may therefore appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way affects your comfort: the apartment, completely renovated, is clean, bright and consistent with the photos. We always make sure that your stay is pleasant and without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be tailored with services available once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided, and bed linen and towels are included. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Long stays welcome. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. Once the reservation is confirmed, a registration form will be sent to you in order to prepare for your arrival in the best conditions. We thank you for taking care of the premises and equipment provided. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged in the following cases: Dirty and/or stained laundry Unwashed dishes, unemptied trash cans, excessive dirt Loss or breakage of keys Non-compliance with internal regulations Smell of cigarettes or presence of butts in the accommodation (strictly non-smoking accommodation)
