Extensively redesigned and redecorated in fall 2023, the Royal Ilima is a three bedroom suite, 3 and a half bath, magnificent prime direct beachfront vacation residence of grand proportions with over 3,300 square feet of elegant, chic, warm and comfortable living space. The Royal Ilima A201 is exceptionally well appointed with abundant upgrades that are unequalled - even in comparison to nearby Presidential Suites. The gem of a kitchen features new ivory-hued countertops and corresponding backsplash against mahogany cabinets. Other newly added features are off-white salt color all-weather quality woven wicker ocean patio furniture which includes a round table for 6 and two club chairs with ottomans, a new three-piece genuine pebble leather power-reclining sofa set in the living room, new paint all walls throughout in a beautiful soft Simply White color paint, new lighting/lamps including new kitchen island pendants, new area rugs in all three bedrooms and the living room, new decorative pillows in all rooms, and velvet bed frames in the guest bedrooms. We also added a new hand-crafted shell mirror in the master bedroom, and other gorgeous decor details throughout. Our favorite features are the lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, spacious floor plan, original art, onyx counter, granite and mahogany finishes, imported leather and Italian furnishings, luxurious Hotel Collection cotton bath and bed linens, 21 inch deep ultra-plush pillow-top dream beds, exceptional electronics with premium television channels, 3D HD super-sized LED Smart televisions, and a fully equipped office nook. The gourmet kitchen was custom organized by a renowned Private Chef and is supremely well equipped with a generous array of professional cooking supplies.
