Welcome to our lovely studio in a quiet residence in the heart of Rueil-Malmaison. The studio, perfectly optimized, is a true haven of peace ! Our studio is located in the city of Rueil-Malmaison, in the Hauts-de-Seine department to the west of Paris. The city is crossed by the Seine River and enjoys a privileged geographical location. Our 25m2 studio, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and consists of : - A bright and sleek living space with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and a double bed (160x200). - A functional and fully-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. - Storage space for your convenience. - Bed linen and towels provided for your comfort. - TV and high-speed internet (WiFi) to stay connected. This accommodation is available for MOBILITY LEASES ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those moving for professional reasons (job transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, apprenticeships, or internships. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
