This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a full size futon (great for kids) in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access. This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • A parking pass is required and is obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the pass. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking pass and provides access to the community pool. • This property has access to the indoor pool which is open all year round. The outdoor community pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation.
