Each unit features a kitchen, king-size bed, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Enjoy shared amenities like the pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), gaming area, and rooftop. Photos show the style; your unit may vary but is equally well designed. Guests must be 21 or older, and a valid government ID is required for each guest staying. Each unit consists of: • 1 Bedrooms - each with a king sized bed • 1 bathrooms • Queen sofa pull-out in each of the living rooms • High-speed Wi-Fi • Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer/dryer in unit • Central heat and air • Lockbox entry • Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ** We are only able to provide 1 fob per unit which also allows you 1 parking space** ***This is a multi-apartment listing. Consisting of separate apartments*** Woodburn Exchange, located on Woodburn Avenue in Cincinnati, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. With historic buildings, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and diverse dining options, it offers a lively and engaging atmosphere. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Weekly and monthly discounts will be applied automatically when you select your dates: • 15% off of 7 days stay or more • 30% off of 30 day stay or more • Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Also please note that the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, it is currently closed.
