Welcome to Fairly! Fairly is a beautifully situated holiday rental offering far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Set in a peaceful old country setting, the property blends comfort with rural charm and provides an ideal escape from busy everyday life — all while being just a 15-minute drive from the historic city of Bath. The house features four well-appointed bedrooms, including three king rooms and one twin. Downstairs As you enter Fairly, you are welcomed into a double-height hallway with lots of natural light. To your right is the 'snug', perfect for children to play and for the family to enjoy games together. Straight ahead, the dining room features a large table ideal for shared meals and gatherings. Connected to the dining room through a double-sided wood burner is the spacious main living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying views into the private garden. The welcoming, fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including an AGA, NEFF oven, and Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer, along with a central island—making it ideal for both cooking and socialising, with everything you need for entertaining at hand. The ground floor is completed by a practical utility room equipped with a washing machine and a separate downstairs WC. Upstairs Bedroom One – The spacious master bedroom features a four poster, luxurious king-size bed, an en suite shower room, and a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom Two – A king bedroom with built-in wardrobes and full of character with a fireplace. Bedroom Three - Furnished with twin beds, ideal for children or friends sharing. Bedroom Four – A king bedroom with built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. A generous, contemporary family bathroom completes the upstairs layout, featuring a walk-in shower. Outside The private garden offers a beautifully maintained grass lawn and a peaceful old country setting, complete with outdoor seating. Enjoy the Morsø Forno Oven: a versatile wood-fired cast iron oven designed for cooking pizza, grilling, and smoking, inspired by Italian tradition. Guests can bring up to 2 cars (one parked on the road side and one in the garage). Please note this property is not a party/ hen do/ stag house as it is situated in a quiet, rural environment. Please see below a few house rules: ★ No parties or events. ★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes). ★ Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside. ★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm. ★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.
