Located in central Colorado Springs near to one of the city’s most memorable and oft-overlooked open space and nature parks (Palmer Park!), this neighborhood has a quiet, established and easy feeling to it. The homes were built in the mid-century, and there’s a classic, straight-forward appeal. The trees are big and mature, the streets are wide, the schools have playgrounds full of kids and access to some exceptional hiking, biking, and green spaces is within walking distance. House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: -This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. AND/OR ADD - We do have an evaporative cooling system that cools and humidifies, which can be installed in the summer months. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. It is on and operating. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. - Street Parking Only.
