Casa Tropical is a bright, inviting home in Mar Vista, a high-end gated community between Playa Flamingo and Brasilito with spectacular ocean views. This luxurious home with a modern design can sleep six guests between three bedrooms and offers a spacious floor plan, a beautiful covered patio, and a sleek infinity pool. This single-story house has an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space at the heart of the home, decorated with cool blue accents, natural-colored furniture, and white fixtures and walls for a laid-back feel that is perfect for a beach vacation. The living room features a plush couch and two matching armchairs, a wooden coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, and it is situated next to a large sliding glass door that opens to the covered patio and swimming pool. Behind the couch is a rectangular wooden dining table that can seat six. The stylish kitchen has a modern look with white granite countertops and a breakfast bar that can seat three. Sleek white cabinets complement the countertops, and the blue and white backsplash and gold pendant lights give the kitchen a pop of color.
