Our Hawaiian-style 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation home is just steps from the sand of beautiful Kailua Beach on the island of Oahu. Our home is designed for a comfortable, casual way of life, whether you just want to kick-back and relax at world-famous Kailua Beach (consistently voted one of the worlds top beaches) or participate in the many activities available. One house back from the beach, our vacation home, Kaapuni Kainani, offers the amenities of beach living without beachfront prices. Were also a short drive over the Pali to Honolulu and the famous beach and nightlife of Waikiki.Third bedroom has the option of a queen bed or two twin beds. Just about everything you need for an outstanding, memorable Hawaiian vacation should be here, down to the beach towels and boogie boards. We have internet, flat screen TVs, and all of the modern conveniences and comforts you expect, plus an ambiance and setting that is purely, simply only in Hawaii. Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 6th guest. **High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night **Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
