Situated in a prime location on the west shore in the coveted Tahoe Pines subdivision of Homewood, Just Grand will immediately delight you upon your arrival. The hub of activity is the great room containing a chef’s kitchen with granite counters and new appliances, a large dining table, and living area with soft sofas and a floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace. The pine ceiling and hewn hickory floors are a warm complement to the woodsy atmosphere. Just outside the sliding doors are two decks. One deck allows for lounging in the sun that filters through the trees or for enjoying your dinner alfresco fresh off the barbecue. The other deck, just outside the kitchen, has a hot tub that invites you relax with family and friends at the end of your fun-filled days. The cozy family room downstairs has a 50" television while the great room boasts a large 60" television. This beautiful, new home is only blocks from the crystal clear waters of Tahoe, is centrally located and within minutes to Blackwood Canyon, beaches, golf and several ski resorts, all ready to satisfy all your recreational needs. Please Be Advised: Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order.
