From here you’re a short walk to the shops and waterfront restaurants at Branson Landing and the live shows along Branson Strip. At the community, guests can enjoy resort-style perks including a seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor pool open year-round, and a convenient fitness room—making it easy to stay active or simply unwind after a day of exploring. Inside Serene Creek Condo, a welcoming open layout invites you to settle right into vacation mode. The kitchen features sleek black stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy bar table with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite before heading out for the day. A dining table for four sits nearby for shared meals or a relaxed game night. The living room offers a comfortable place to gather with a smart TV, a plush couch, and two chairs arranged for easy conversation or movie nights. Step outside onto the private deck and you’ll find one of the condo’s most charming features—a table for two set beside the gently flowing creek, creating the perfect spot for quiet morning coffee or a peaceful evening drink surrounded by nature. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities, however there is a coin operated on the premises. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes required. • Please be aware that the resort charges a $30 fee at check-in. This fee is paid directly to the resort and provides access to the pool and fitness center as well as parking passes for your stay. • This home is a main one level walk-in unit with no steps required to reach the main entrance. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, hot tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. This enviable location places you within minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
