There are some maintenance works taking place at nearby Charfield Train Station from 3rd November 2025 until mid 2026. Overnight work will take place in 2026. The property is situated near to a train line. Whilst it isn't a busy line (only 1 track in each direction), there is potential for some noise. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs with a fee of £20/dog. It is on the condition they are kept downstairs, off sofas and not left in the property alone. Any mess in the garden needs to be cleaned up. Please note, the kitchen has a low ceiling.
