The property is situated near to a train line. Whilst it isn't a busy line (only 1 track in each direction), there is potential for some noise. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs with a fee of £20/dog. It is on the condition they are kept downstairs, off sofas and not left in the property alone. Any mess in the garden needs to be cleaned up. Please note, the kitchen has a low ceiling.
