This unit offers a king size bed, SMART TV, kitchen area stocked with culinary necessities, full bathroom, and in unit washer/dryer. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided) This is a private Studio Apartment located on the first floor within a quiet apartment building. There are 2 surface parking lots on site - one has stairs to get to the terrace where the private outdoor entrance is located. The other lot does not have stairs. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500. No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200. Please inquire about Long Term Stays (30+ Nights)
