Cozy garden level apartment, thoroughly cleaned, walking distance from NDSU and Fargodome. We're about an 8-minute drive from the airport and a 5-minute drive from Downtown Fargo and Sanford Broadway. We offer a fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, cooking essentials, coffee and coffee maker, and more! Wifi is up to 200mbps. Smart TV in the living room with all of your favorite streaming apps (login with your own account). Please ask any questions or book instantly now :) The entrance to the apartment building is in the alley on the back of the building, right off of the parking lot. Parking in the lot is free and first come first served. There is also free street parking all around the building. There are a full-size washer and dryer that is in a shared room for the whole building. It is free but does require quarters to operate (it just spits the quarters out after you put them in). The neighborhood is mostly college students and single-family homes. Definitely super safe. We have never had a problem with breaking into cars. NDSU and the Fargodome are both walkable. There is a grocery store about a 3-minute drive away (FamilyFare). Downtown Fargo is an easy Uber/Lyft ride, about $7-8 each way.
