Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 43" flat screen TV . The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and the showers are equipped with grab bars for convenience. The spacious living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.
