Located on the lowest level of condos, enjoy a bit of yard by the entryway that the other condos don't offer. **Please note that any reservations booked on/after 4/1/2025 will only have access to the Beach Monday thru Thursday, and the Pickle Ball courts after 3 pm every day, unless there is an event scheduled (in which case you would not have access to the courts). A $50 HOA fee also applies to all reservations.**
