LIVING AREA The sunlit living area is furnished with two armchairs and a comfy sleeper sofa. Kick back and stream new releases on the flat-screen TV with Roku. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare favorite recipes in the gourmet kitchen, newly appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, prepare tasty drinks at the wet bar. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A comfy love seat, two armchairs, and lovely pool views set the scene for happy hours on your private screened balcony. Kick-start your mornings at the on-site fitness center or tennis courts. Return from the beach for a refreshing dip in the two unheated outdoor pools, open seasonally from April to October. Unassigned parking is available for up to two cars in the open lot. Parking passes must be purchased with cash upon arrival. The first pass is $20; an additional pass may be purchased for $5 (subject to change). Please note that boats of any kind are not permitted on the property (including kayaks and canoes).
