Settle into a comfortable coastal retreat designed for easy gatherings and relaxing downtime. The home sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, with a simple, welcoming vibe. The main living areas flow from a living room to a kitchen and dining area, making it easy to cook, dine, and unwind together. Step outside to an outdoor seating area and garden-style yard where you can enjoy fresh ocean air. When you’re ready for some fun, pull out the board games, or head to the Sea Ranch recreation centers for pools and courts. Practical perks include parking for two cars and the convenience of an exterior 240V/50A outlet for EV charging (bring your own charger). One well-behaved dog is welcome, too. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. RVs, trailers, and mobile homes are not permitted anywhere in Sea Ranch. • Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. • EV charging: There is an exterior 240V, 50-amp outlet available for vehicle charging; please bring your own charger/cable. • Stairs: The home has stairs. • WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty across Sea Ranch. • Sea Ranch amenities: Guests have access to three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis/pickleball courts. Amenities vary by center. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
