A perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of nature on the island of Miyajima. Just a few minutes walk to Itsukushima Shrine. My 2 bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Perfect for large group of families and friends. Clean linens, towels & toiletries will be provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils & cookware. With toilet & bath. Washing machine with laundry detergent. Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out. You have an access to entire apartment. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest. No smoking inside the house. Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app. If you have any questions about this issue, please feel free to contact costumer service. CCTV/Security Camera: The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly. It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
