It is open 24 hours and coin-operated. The price per load is $2 unless updated. Quarters are accepted, and cards are also accepted for payment. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: * While the home is regularly treated for pests, they are common in Florida, especially near the water, and sightings may occur. Refunds are not provided for pest-related issues. * If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions. * Some amenities are managed by the HOA (such as the pool) and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues. * Construction or renovations may occur in nearby units without prior notice to us. * Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need. The property is in a prime bayfront location, just 5 minutes from Tampa International Airport ✈️ and a short drive to Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Hyde Park, restaurants, tiki bars, and local attractions, with easy access to boating, water sports, and the Tampa Riverwalk 🚤. ⚠️ Damage Waiver Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
