Cozy bedroom in the basement of my house. Includes a queen bed, desk, 50" smart tv, microwave, and a small closet. There is an egress window that you can open for fresh air (and fire safety). The bathroom is shared with the other guest room in the basement. This listing is for a bedroom in the basement of my house. The house was built in 1900 so there is lots of character throughout :) Guests also have access to a full bathroom, laundry room, and your private bedroom with a locking door. There is no kitchen access, but there is a microwave in the common area and a private mini-fridge in your room. The house is located just a couple of blocks north of Downtown Fargo. Definitely walking distance to all of the shops, bars, and restaurants of Downtown. It's a mature neighborhood with fully developed trees, just one block from the river and biking/running paths. This room is in the basement of the house and requires going down a staircase to access. The stairs are not steep, but the ceiling over the stairs is fairly low, so please watch your head. I'm 6 feet tall and routinely hit my head :) Not recommended for guests with mobility issues or very tall people.
