The area is full of restaurants, famous shops, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher, supermarkets, dry cleaner, pharmacy, ...) Our street is very quiet, however, at the end of the street, you will find the Rue de Bretagne, which is lively from morning until late at night. The terraces of the restaurants and cafés are always very lively! The nearby Marché des Enfants Rouges offers high-quality food products. The Rue de Bretagne offers a wide range of food shops. The Picasso Museum is 300 metres away. The museums of Modern Art (Beaubourg), Art and History of Judaism, Arts and Crafts are also a few hundred metres away. Between the Place des Vosges and the newly renovated Place de la République, you can stroll through this old Parisian district which has all the makings of a village: small streets, very little traffic, majestic stone mansions, a few public parks, numerous art galleries and design boutiques and a vast choice of traditional or innovative restaurants.
