A Little Beach of Heaven- This gorgeous 1/1 beachfront condo is located in the downtown district of Fort Myers Beach, close to great shopping, dining, and white sandy beaches just steps from your front door! Completely renovated in 2024 with no expense spared, this modern and cozy condo is located in one of the most desirable areas of Fort Myers Beach. Multiple shopping and dining venues, as well as the Gulf of Mexico, are just a matter of feet from your front door. With a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and open concept floor plan with large lanai, this condo is also extremely well suited for longer stays as well as short ones. The bedroom features a queen bed and has two closets, one featuring a tuck-away washer and dryer stack and the other features hangers for clothes storage. There is also a full dresser and nightstand located in the bedroom. The bathroom is located in the hallway off of the bedroom and features a well appointed single vanity, toilet, and walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an island with breakfast bar (seating for 2 guests). The living room features a 72 inch sofa and armchair with coffee table and large flat screen smart TV. There is also a dining table with seating for up to four guests. Please note that this property is not kid friendly and that it is pet friendly for small dogs under 20 pounds, by approval only. If you have a dog and would like to book please message us before booking to obtain approval! This condo is located on Fort Myers Beach in the downtown district. Guests must complete a rental agreement before checking in A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
